Scientists Develop Stamp Sized Ultrasound Patches That Create Images Of Your Internal Organs

From unborn babies in the womb to kidney stones, ultra sound technology is a marvelous thing. It allows us to see inside our bodies in a non-invasive way. It’s been used as a diagnostic tool in medicine for sometime now, at least 50 years and generally it requires a specialist radiologist or sonographer and bulky machines. Scientists at MIT want to change all that and have invested an ultrasound ‘patch’, a little like a Nicorette patch, which can be sold in pharmacies or used in small doctor’s practices....

Three British women have made complaints so far when they spotted images of themselves used without their permission in a Spanish government campaign. The poster translates roughly as “Summer is our’s too”, and shows five women of different body shapes and sizes enjoying a day at the beach. The image was put together by artist Arte Machape, however, it appears that neither Machape nor the Spanish Government bothered to request permission to use the images of the women....

Stop Blaming Your Subjects For Blinking In Photos It S Your Fault

Blinking is a problem that every photographer deals with and while it frustrates many, most photographers come up with little tricks to avoid the blinks, but even those tricks aren’t fool proof and usually don’t account for the real reason the blinks are happening in the first place. So right out of the box — I want to debunk a common misconception. When you are shooting with flash — doesn’t matter if we are talking speedlight or studio strobes — the flash does NOT cause the blink that you photograph....

Strike Four Huawei Caught Passing Dslr Images As Smartphone Camera Photos Again

Huawei found itself in the center of another scandal when they passed DSLR photos as they were shot with the company’s smartphone. If you think this sounds familiar, you’re right. Huawei did it before, not once, not twice – but three times. And I guess the third time wasn’t a charm so they did it again for the fourth time. This time, Huawei pulled off the stunt while promoting its photography contest on Chinese platform Weibo....

The Best Camera Bag For Photographers In 2022

I can count on three fingers the most needed and purchased camera accessories for beginner photographers and filmmakers. The first one is kind of obvious: the camera itself – most likely with a kit lens. A tripod is the second. And a camera bag comes third; a backpack, or something to protect and carry your crispy, newly purchased camera. You have just spent a few hundred on a camera, so a protective case that transports your gear is not the first thing you might consider all the way through....

Today we are comparing The BlackMagic ATEM mini vs. the Feelworld L2 vs. the Yololiv YoloBox Pro. There is a comparison cheat sheet right after the jump, but for the full post, keep reading. Now, a webcast is just the base, and if you want to play in the big league, you are probably in the market for a switcher/streamer kind of device....

This Box Of Candies Is The Sweetest Thing Nikon Has Ever Released Literally

That new Nikon Z fc is pretty sweet, but the company has recently released something even sweeter. And I mean that quite literally.
